Keebnest is a small business run by [your trading name / sole trader name], based in the United Kingdom. For anything to do with your data, email hello@keebnest.co.uk. We are the "data controller" for the information described here.
For marketing emails, our basis is your consent, you gave it by joining the list, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing (a link is in every email) or emailing us. For fulfilling an order, our basis is performing our contract with you.
We keep your email on the nest list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, after which we delete it. Order records are kept only as long as needed for the order and for any legal or tax obligations.
Only the services that help us run: our email tool, our website host (Cloudflare), our print/fulfilment partner and our payment provider, and only what they need to do their job. We never sell your data.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Just email hello@keebnest.co.uk and we will sort it. If you are ever unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
