No small print games. Here is exactly how delivery works, what your rights are, and answers to the questions we get most.
Our deskmats are made to order in the UK, so please allow a short make time (usually 2 to 4 working days) before dispatch. Cables, kits and tools ship from our UK stock and go out sooner.
We send everything on a tracked UK service, so your order arrives in days, not the multi-week wait of shipping from overseas. Because we are UK-based, there is no customs limbo. The price you pay at checkout is the whole price.
We want you to love it. If you change your mind, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel a stock item within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items should come back unused and in their original condition. Return postage for a change of mind is covered by you; we will refund the item promptly once it is back with us.
If something arrives faulty or not as described, that is on us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we will cover the return postage. Just email us with a photo and your order number and we will sort it quickly.
Note: made-to-order items produced to your personal specification may be exempt from the change-of-mind right, but any faulty item is always covered.

No, and thank you for asking. Our deskmats are our own designs, printed to order in the UK. Our cables come from a small run we check by hand. We will never pass off a mystery part as our own or make up fake switch specs.
Stocked items (cables, kits) usually dispatch within a working day. Made-to-order deskmats take a short make time first, shown on the product page, then ship tracked. Always faster than importing from overseas.
